USCPFA-MN Showcases Minneapolis’ Chinese Sister City Harbin at Annual Sister Cities Day

On July 22, Minneapolis hosted its 11th annual “Sister Cities Day” celebration, at Nicollet Island Pavilion next to Minneapolis’ historic St. Anthony Falls.
