Dear Minnesota Chapter Members,
As a special offer OPEN ONLY to USCPFA-Minnesota Chapter members, you are invited to join us at the National Convention Gala Dinner, Saturday, October 19, at the Airport Hilton Hotel, 3800 American Blvd E. Bloomington, MN 55425. The Gala will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a Reception followed by Dinner. There will be entertainment before and after dinner.
Dinner tickets are $100 each. Dinner tickets are available to Minnesota Chapter members and one guest per member. You are not required to register for the rest of the Convention to attend. However, if you already registered for the Convention, you may purchase a dinner ticket for $100 for a guest.
The deadline for Gala dinner registration is Monday, October 14. Here are the ways to register for dinner:
Online: at uscpfa-mn.org – Please go to , change the $ amount to $100 or $200 (for two), click on Convention Registration for one or two, and then indicate in the Comments section that this is for Gala Dinner ONLY for Minnesota Chapter members and/or guest.
By Mail: Please complete the attached registration form and send with an accompanying check to: USCPFA-MN Convention Registrar, P.O. Box 19464, Minneapolis, MN 55419. Checks should be payable to USCPFA-MN National Convention Gala Dinner.
