Board member Ken Lau has accompanied a Minneapolis delegation led by two City Council members, Kevin Reich and Steve Fletcher, to Minneapolis’ Sister City Harbin (Heilongjiang) to celebrate the opening of the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival. The delegation included members of the leadership of Meet Minneapolis, local China Insight publisher Greg Hugh, and Jill Griffiths of the University of Minnesota China Champions program.
