Fee covers five meals, including Gala, convention materials, and a field trip to St. Paul – Changsha China Friendship Garden and docented tour of Asian Art collection at Minneapolis Institute of Art (Mia).

There will be separate fees for the hotel and the convention. Hotel Room: $109 per night (plus applicable taxes) Friday and Saturday. Rate applies for three days before and three days after the Convention; contact Kate Vega at the Airport Hilton directly to book any extra days.

The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) and the nearby Mall of America. Light rail service is nearby for connection to downtown Minneapolis.
