The Delegation from Harbin Foreign Affairs Office was greeted by the Chapter’s Advisory Board member Kit Spangler and former Board member Yue-him Tam, with HFAO Deputy Director Peter Cao and our long-standing HFAO friend Alex Meng, and, from the Jewish Community Relations Council of MN and the Dakotas, Steve Hunegs. We exchanged ideas the future project of a “homecoming†of former Harbin residents in the “diasporaâ€, including Jewish communities around the world.
